I ordered this as a gift for a friend while the shop was closed for the holidays, which I was notified about as soon as I placed the order. The mug was prepared and shipped exactly as and when it said it would be and arrived by the estimated date of delivery, perfectly packaged and intact. My friend is very happy with her mug.
